Spreewald photographers and their best winter photos from the two workshops “Spreewald winter in the past”

The Lower Sorbian Language School initiated two photo workshops on “Winter in the Spreewald in the past”, Peter Becker took over the organization. On January 17 and 24, ambitious amateur photographers met, once in the best snow conditions in Raddusch and once in Leipe. On the second date, there was hope of going onto the frozen rivers, but this was abandoned for safety reasons. Instead, life in the Spreewälder Stuben was shown as it once was.

We would all like to thank the traditional costume models and their helpers, who spared neither effort nor expense to pose patiently even under adverse conditions: Lea Müller, Elissa Müller, Stefan Müller, Marlene Jedro, Thomas Hegemer, Christa Buchan, Sigrid Konzack, Herbert Konzack and Amalia Kuhla.
